Yet another adapter question

Hey again guys. I have an S/PDIF header on my Biostar 7025-M2 board. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I could by something that connects to the header on that board and goes to a PCI bracket that would give me a coaxial or optical connection to go to a receiver? Secondly, has anyone seen what would be required to enable it? Something in the Realtek drivers I assume?

Thank you guys for any insight you can offer 🙂

I used a regular 2 pin header (from an old onboard speaker I think) and hooked it to a coaxial jack (Radio Shack) installed in a hole I drilled in a blank PCI bracket.

In my Realtek settings (Audio I/O->Digital settings->Output Digital Audio Source) I just enabled the digital output.
Getting AC3/DD/DTS, etc to output depends on other settings, and they depend on what software you're using. My rear panel with outputs labeled.
