YESSS!! THE CALL QUEUE IS AT 0!!!

For 5 and a half hours, there have been over 30 calls in the call queue (which 5 of us have to handle), FINALLY it's calmed down!! My god, I thought I was going crazy....


I'm sure most of you techies out there feel me on this one ;)

I know that feeling. :)

Yesterday at 6:00 when my shift ended there were 6 calls in the queue, the longest of which had been there for 45 minutes. I didn't leave until 5 to 7 (we're required to stay until the queue is empty, & it shuts at 6).

:(

Thankfully today has been a LOT slower, there's only one call waiting right now which I'll be picking up as soon as I hit reply.

Holy %$#%#$%, they MAKE you answer the extra calls? BS man, at my place, if you're not on the phone at 5, you leave. If you are you finish the call, then leave. Man, you need to find a better place!!! ;)

And guyver, funny, my Queue shows 0, sure you're calling the right number? ;)
