Hey, I'm happy for you. I got suckered into MSN broadband when Qwest did their "forced" merger. Had some problems at first, but now it's going along pretty smooth.
 
hey Xerox man, didnt you live in Steamboat? I was going to get pissed that you could get broadband up there and i cant in my town north of denver.

Me too. I was getting REALLY frustrated with the connection until about three or four weeks ago and its stable now.

You live in Superior don't you? Superior got screwed by both AT&T and Qwest...I got the hell outta there about 3 weeks ago. Now I have nothin but cable goodness 🙂

 
If MSN Broadband is availible, that should mean that "normal" ISP's should have broadband availible soon(if not now), right?😱

At first I thought the same thing. Maybe we just have dirty minds?

Broadband = good 🙂 (when I moved into this apartment, the best connection speeds I could get with my USR external modem were 19,200kbps (and that's the best.. ) )
 
I felt the same way when they announced that AT&T broadband became available here. I had it installed 5 days ago and I am thrilled. I benchmarked it at speed411 and hit 2992KB. On dial up I used to open 2 browsers so I had something to do while the other page was loading. Now, before I can even open a second browser the first page is loaded. 😀
