I was watching tv with my g/f, then from under the tv stand, we see this thing run under the bed. I was wondering what that sound in my wall was. It's a surprise since my aprtment is pretty clean. I never knew mice ran that fast. Any tips on getting rid of these rodents? I would buy poisen, but i am gonna have my landlord put money down for that, but since it is the week end, he is gonna sit on his a$s and wait till the middle of the week comes along to do something. This week end is gonna suck. GF + mouse = headache:(

just went to the kitchen and saw this little thing zoom across the room.....

Better than having Cox Cable deliver you roaches.

get some mouse traps, leave them unset for a few days with some peanut butter on them. About the 3rd or 4th day, set the trap. That's what my dad used to do when I was growing up and we had mice problems.

Get the sticky traps and set them along the floorboards. Next morning whack it on the head with a shovel or other heavy object and throw away.

I got some last night (at fvckin midnight) b/c my gf bugged me so much about it. Although, I'd rather drown it than smash its head.

wouldn't this encourage the mice to come in my apartment?

This sucks, cause i know my landlord is gonna be a dick about it. If I am teh first one to report it, he is just gonna say the mouse problem began in my room and spread to the ither apartments.

I think they would come in anyways if they found a way.

Keep an eye on the air conditioner, the little buggers like to pop out of there.

Yeah, I went there ;)

I don't know how effective the sticky pads work. When I used them 10 years ago, they only stuck like one little mouse. Mouse traps were much more effective. On the other hand, the sticky pads were great at sticking roaches and other bugs. My recommendation would be for mousetraps.

They come in my garage in the fall, so I take care of them at that time. I just buy the normal pack of traps, about 3 for $2.00. I hot glue a half peanut onto the trigger. The little peckers will just lick peanut butter off, without getting caught. I can reuse the same trap over and over. They only take a tiny chunk out of the half peanut before it springs.

You guys are dirty bums. Tell your female to clean the apt daily and stop dropping food on the floor and there wouldn't be any animals runnings around.
