Is the constant transformation of old TV shows into movies getting on anybody else's nerves?!?

Dennil's buddy SMG is set to play Daphne, Freddie Prinze Jr. will be playing Fred, Christina Ricci will be playing Velma, and Matthew Lillard will play Shaggy. The article doesn't say but I assume Scooby Doo will be CGI.

Harry from AICN had some choice words to say about the new Scooby-Doo movie. I don't really care one way or the other, it's just funny to see Harry reacting so negatively to something so ... benign.

I lost all respect for Harry and AICN when he sold out (Harry is the big red-haired guy carrying water bottles around in The Faculty). Sites like Cinescape and Dark Horizons usually have the same scoop information at the same time or sooner.
