Yayyy! My team won their bowl game! (What bowl is your team in?)

FSU... we play UGA in the Sugar bowl. We got in the BCS on a technicality and lost our starting QB this week. Our school is now being investigated for gambling. It should be interesting....

My team is in the Gator Bowl and my other team is the "Criminoles" who will probably still lay the smack down on the Dawgs.

Interesting was more in reference to the gambling charges.... Fabian Walker is a HIGHLY competent backup. Granted, he's only thrown 8 passes in Garnet and Gold, but he can still ball. And we have that defense that held UF to 1 touchdown. You remember UF right? That "1" in the latter half of your record had something to do with them. Yea, its that school that stole your tortilla chips and gave them to Ohio State.

In all seriousness, I think it'll be a good game even with Rix out. UGA's good, but they are a little inconsistent. We play like we did against UF and you guys will kill us.....I had to turn that game off it was so pathetic. :frown:

I have to disagree. I think UGA has been one of the most consistent teams in 1-A this season. When Smith was injured, it was a bit more difficult because they couldn't run the ball.

The offense turned the ball over 5 times. They gave ND the ball in FSU territory 6 times. Granted, FSU's defense looked pathetic, but these past 3 games they've looked good. It will not be a blowout... FSU has a way to pull together after crisis.

Yup, I like NC State and the Noles. Will root for the Noles every game except against NC State. Mine was the only team that really beat the Noles this year. The Noles beat themselves in the other games, missed field goal, giving the ball to other teams first and goal...
NC State had been choking in the last couple of games before playing the Noles as well as their quarterback and offense had been total crap. NC State's defense is the only reason why they have a winning record this year. Offense wins games, defense wins championships...

Right. That must be why they are #3 in the BCS and have played the 5th most difficult schedule in the nation.

I live in Geogia (not a UGA fan) and, for the past 4 years, they have said the exact OPPOSITE. Georgia was a 8-4 team. Richt is a big reason that they are as good as they are. They are 12-1. You don't just fall ass-backwards into a 12-1 record. All of their toughest games were on the road (Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Auburn) and they are one dropped Terrence Edwards pass away from evening up the game in Florida. I don't care how "down" the conference is. It is NEVER easy to go on the road and win.
