Yay!!! Swapped car with friend, now my car is up on cinder blocks.

So on Wednesday a friend and I decide to swap cars for a couple days. Right before lunch today he calls me up and tells me my car's been jacked. All 4 wheels stolen..... I'm not too bummed about it though, they were cheap stock alloys maybe worth $350-$400 tops. I'm not gonna file a claim on it with my insurance, not worth it. Besides, my friend felt bad and he's gonna pay me $200. They tried to jack the suspension on my car too (worth roughly 3.5x-4x the price of the wheels) but they gave up.

I have a set of aftermarket wheels stored at another friend's house I've been meaning to put on the car that I now have to get. So after work I have to drive roughly a half hour to my friend's house, try to cram 4 17" wheels with tires into a tiny ass Honda, then make another 1 1/2 hour drive to get to my car.

All in all I'm more pissed about the time I have to waste than the actual stolen items. :|

well when i had my mustang GT i would swap cars with a buddy of mine. he had a Dodge Ram 4door Whenever he had a date he would take my mustang heh. I actually enjoyed driving the truck more then my car.

How did you get new wheels and tires on in 30 minutes? You had a spare set in your garage or did you have it towed?
