spanky: your cool building pic is the Bank of China Building.

That "tourist place" is called the "Po Lin Zi", actually, it's just a statue of Buddha, and a pretty big one that at, located on Lantau Island.

That "Yung Kee" Restaurant, was at one point, one of the top 10 restaurants in Asia.

awesome pics!

Never been to HK but now I at least know what it looks like.

The last pic reminds me of SF, the way the tankers etc are all scattered in the water just offshore.

Yea McD's serving sizes are kinda small.

Theres this really good shrimp wonton noodle soup place
in the tourist district across from the road from some big name
hotels. Thats basically all they serve and its the best.
I could like 5 bowls of that stuff.

I don't get it. Do they speak English in HK or what?

Can you get by speaking English there? HK is such a place a diversity, I don't even know what's what.

You can get away with speaking English here. We have two official languages, English and Cantonese, although Mandarin will probably soon be added.

Cool pictures. Some good shots in there. I like the one looking down from the tower at downtown.

Do you think we have over 20 people from Hong Kong at this forum?

That is my wild guess.
