Lemme get this straight. Put your feet on an incline, now twist so that my right side is against the ground. Now my left side will be in the air. Then put my right eblow in rest position since Im basically lying on my right side. Then hold my left arm out as if Im a traffic cop and Im stopping traffic and hold for 30 seconds?

Another question if I use weights for sit-ups whats the best form? A standard situp where I have my arms folded against my chest with weights in my hands?

Have your other *freehand* that is not proping you up just by your side. So if your right hand is on the floor and your right side is closest to the ground your left side is facing the sky and your left hand is just by your side.
Your right arm is ALMOST like the traffic cop. But your elbow is bent and your forearm is not inline so straight. It is bent out.

So your feet are on a bench facing one way. Your feet are stacked on top of each other. Your body is like so so you are on your side. Your free arm is on your side. Your arm is bent at the elbow. You REST your forearm on the ground and have it pointing the same direction as your feet.
Hold it for 30seconds and repeat for other side. Repeat the whole process twice. It is TOUGH. Good work out though.

But what I was saying, is that the skinnier you are, the more your abs show.
Well they will show more because you have less fat in that area. BUT if you have not developed your abbs it will just look flat so you won't look like you have the *6 pack* look either. If that person did some training for the abb then they will have a 6 pack. Much like a guy with thin arms. He has a bicep but its not just showing much because he hasn't made the muscle big enough to give the lump when you tense type of look.
