I really suck at trying to pick out and setup a workout. Plus, I dont have anyone to work out with, so I have no accountability. I'm going to setup a table online to keep track of workouts, etc, and link it here so at least that will give me a little accountability.
Current situation:
work 8am-6pm MWF
work 8-9am noon-6 on TR then class from 7-10 on TR
That leaves me at least 2 hrs on TR to do something, and possibly some time in the afternoon/early morning on MWF
