Coworker says that something isn't working right in a custom program. I tell her that it's a programming problem, and since she's infinitely more familiar with the day to day use of the program, she's better off calling the developing company and placing a request for somebody to look at.
She tells me that she can't do that because she's too busy and it'll be the middle of next week before she can get to it.
So what's she do half an hour after she says this? Goes off and has a 2 hour lunch break with a bunch of other people in the office. And the place they ate at was a 10 minute drive away!
