Same here, for me it was because I mostly grouped with some acquaintances from EQ1 while levelling up (and still do), and joined a mature guild when I was higher level. Mostly a preventative measure, as I know the low levels in any game are full of a lot of young & otherwise stupid people and I prefer not to deal with it.

Heh, I didn't even take those measures, I just plunged into the WoW world and teamed with whoever had the same quest at the same time, and so forth, this strategy is still working great.
Of course, it seems like the server I'm on has turned into the "unofficial Swedish server", so maybe people are just being nice because it's nice to meet a bunch of other Swedes, and you don't really wanna kill them
