Who is paying for said lunch and what is the quality of restaurant that said lunch is at? That will completely dictate my answer.

If I had to pay I think I would like them slightly less. Usually the entire bill is paid for us although we occasionally have to pay for our own drinks if we want something with alcohol.

I don't understand the question. Are you guys so antisocial that you can't spend an hour chit-chatting over free food? Keep in mind these are the same people you spend 8+ hrs of your day with.

I guess I'm just lucky that over the last 14 yrs of employment I've managed to get along with my coworkers.
