I would pick Excalibur only because it has a tram stop and it the closest to the big named casino. IIRC all the other ones are off the strip/far away.

Yeah,I just want to spend one night on the strip. I'll be in airport hotels the other 2 nights.

for just one night, i'd stay at the MGM Grand. the best value in vegas if you ask me. prices are reasonable for one of the better Vegas hotels

i haven't stayed there in 10 years, but it sucked back then... full of people who think vegas is a kid friendly family vacation.
