I was supposed to get a package from Newegg delivered to my apartment and it claimed it was out for delivery this morning, but now it says this:

A CORRECT COMPANY OR RECEIVER NAME IS NEEDED FOR DELIVERY. UPS IS ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION[X]

Anyone know what this means?
 
Turns out the name tag at the outside doorbell on my apartment building was too faded and so they decided not to deliver:

THE RECEIVER IS NOT LISTED ON THE BUILDING DIRECTORY. UPS IS ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN THE INFORMATION AND COMPLETE DELIVERY. / A POSTCARD HAS BEEN SENT TO THE RECIPIENT REQUESTING THAT THEY CONTACT UPS.

I called UPS up and they said they'd call the distribution center to let them know its a valid address and they'll supposedly contact me tomorrow morning and/or deliver tomorrow. I put up a new name tag at my doorbell just so they don't get confused again.
