YATT - Yet Another Ticket Thread

Well I just got my first ticket. I was just finishing a 4 hour drive and coming off the damn highway, not paying attention on my cell phone like an absolute dumbass, doing 155 in a 100 (KILOMETER PER HOUR) zone. Cop knocked it to 140 in a 100 instead of taking my license, ticket is still 300$ Canadian though.

SO STUPID SO STUPID SO STUPID I deserve this SO STUPID AAAAAAAHHHHH

I'm almost grateful to the cop - the guy is doing his job and stopping some stupid kid (me) from killing myself and who knows what else in the process.

Nod, I agree with that logic, I got stopped doing 82 in a 75 on treacherous icy mountain windy roads, $75 ticket, but may have saved my ass. I am much more consciencious (horrible spelling sorry) when it comes to speeding now (conditions, etc.)

Thats 96.8mph.
In California they revoke licenses if you are over 100mph.
Do they have some law like this in canada also - that say over 160kph - they will revoke your license?

He should have revoked my license apparently, anything over 150 he said. He lowered the charge to 140 though, thank god.

This has stopped me getting a speeding ticket on long drives that many times it is not funny.
