YATT: People with income from 2 states, how did you file ??

So I do I go about in doing this ??
Lived in Fla all my life so I bever had to deal with state income tax.
Combine the two W-2 and file them together and then file the state seperrately or...
Anyway, I don't have have a clue.

NO!

You will file a state return in both states you earned wages in under a part-year resident form.

I lived in NV this whole year, and my wife lived in SC the whole year.

How do we file?

I'm no tax accountant:

I'd assume your gonna need to file seperately on the state forms. Married Filed Seperately.

yeah, part-year tax form for the state that collects taxes. The state tax form is seperate from the federal, and you should have enough W-2's for both.
