Flamers before I even write anything don't bother posting I know what you will say so don't bother repeating your self (ye I know u will post anyway :)

Well I got pull over on 405 freeway doing 78 :( the officer also gave me the verbal warning for following to closely

Btw to those that are in California, chp cannot use radars on freeway, they must follow you. Was told that by the police officer that pulled me over for speeding so what are the chances of him not showing up? Should I just do extension on the court appearance for as long as I can or should I just find out when this vacation is and prolong the extension till he is on vacation?

To those that tell me why don't I ask my lawyer, well its 11:54 pm here and it?s kind of late to wake up right now to ask him this question.

California is in a budget crunch, oodles of people are getting popped now. I personally know 4 that got tickets in the past 2 weeks on 280...

Yikes. Last time I was on 101 everyone was going 85+

That was this afternoon around 3pm.

ye well i was getting passed before i pulled over guess the new car and no plates yet atracted him to me

It could also be phermones. You might sweat the "pull me over" smell.

Don't know about in CA, but cops here in WA state cops have a fetish for Hondas. I'll fly by them in my Supra and then they'll go for some dorked out Civic. Good times.

So just pay the fine d00d ... 13+ is not a big deal ... I am from Virginia and dunno about laws in Cali ... But I doubt if U will be able to get out of that ticket ...

So just pay that ticket ... put the plates on ur car and drive safely from now on ;-)

I drive a 99 Honda Accord Coupe V-6 myself and have found out that cops like them :-(
I am going to court next month for a speeding ticket (66 in a 50 zone) ... I am gonna win my case but thats a diff matter

no its my second but it been more then 18 month so i can do traffic school again
