Yate Loon 120mm Orange Case Fans 3.99

Did a search, and know this deal has been posted before for black fans. I ordered before lunch and have received shipping info alreday $6.49 for 3 fans. I ordered black and saw the orange were available, and sent them an email to change the order. They were in contact with me shortly acknowledging the changes I requested, and that they were made.

Right here!

I hit the wrong key while posting this message. Suicidalpigeon that is the quickest I have ever seen any one post a smart Azz comment about a thread.

Just FYI, these fans have "closed corners," so if you have an XP-120 like me, you won't be able to utilize this fan on that heatsink.

These are great fans and run well (and near silent) undervolted! Great deal. I've got a couple of these just sitting around waiting for me to hook up my black ice pro 2.

how did you get 6.49 for 3????
it's show up as $3.99 each.... yet in quantity it shows:

Quantity : 3+ Items
Price: $3.49

I'm lost...

I've screwed up on posts and edited them within 30 seconds... only to find out someone commented already. I think there are people who get off on that.

BTW, good deal on those fans. I've got one in my machine that I'm typing this on.

is the difference between this 28db fan and the 23db nexus noticable? my hearing goes on and off everynow and then so i cant get a good reading on anything. 🙁

You can kinda jury rig em on though. I didn't know about this little issue until after I got my fan. But yea, its a slight problem for a very good fan.

Actually, they make a new clip that clips to the top of the fan. If you buy a replacement set, I think that's what you'll end up with.

I bought a set off of someone on silentpcreview. (I was going to order a Nexus fan, haven't gotten around to it yet)

Yeah, these look very similar to the nexus fans.

I paid $10 for one of them and it's great, but if I can get one for one third of the price, that's AWESOME.

If you look at that image, there is a Nexus logo in the diagram for the wiring!!

I feel ripped off.

Dremel cutting disk + 10 seconds per corner = no problem. Love the black ones from last deal 🙂

You can cut the solid corners of the fans as seen here http://forums.silentpcreview.com/viewtopic.php?t=18368.

These fans are made by the same company that makes the Nexus fans. The actual Nexus fans run at a lower rpm at the default 12v. See http://forums.silentpcreview.com/viewtopic.php?t=16393 for more info.
