1. What would have happened had Zepp not been killed by Adam? Are we to assume that Zepp woulda shot Dr. Gordon, and the head honcho killer woulda just let Zepp go and lock Adam in the room?

2. Why is the main killer nice to Adam after he gets up <"The key to that lock is in the tub..."> but then get all bitchy towards him, lockin him in the room? Would he have let him go had Adam not attempted to shoot him with Zepp's gun?

3. Are we to assume the wife and daughter are alright, meaning the main guy didnt go back for them?

4. Did Adam even HAVE a choice? It seems to me he was fvcked if he did, and fvcked if he didnt. He didn't have a choice to live or not like all the others had.

1. Probably, his games were always, "do this and this, and you live" so if he killed the two guys, (even though he was supposed to kill wife/kids, killer might have let him go...
2. He wasn't being "nice" to Adam, he was shoving it in his face, the whole time the key was right there in the tub.
3. Wife and kids fine, they survived the game, just like the "only one to survive" (the woman who wore the thing on her head).
4. Adam's choice was whether or not he was going to "watch himself die". Killer wanted him to DO SOMETHING, instead of watching.

Yep, that's what I got out of it.

1. We don't have to assume anything. He screwed up, so there's no telling what he would have done. If things had gone as planned, he would have shot the wife and daughter, and then he would have gone back to the cellar to tell the killer that he had done as he was supposed to. He was most likely not instructed to kill the doctor as the doctor
2. As a side note, I don't know that I remember him locking the door to the room. I thought he just closed the door and left him with the option of sawing his leg off or dying.
3. No way he's going back for the wife and daughter. They were able to get out of the game alive, therefore they live. Period. He never went after the other girl that got away.
4. Adam was kind of screwed. I don't see exactly how he was supposed to get out of that alive. But then again, the killer probably assumed that the doctor would just shoot him.

The better question is, how did they NEVER see that guy breathing. It's not exactly easy to lie there and never move from taking breaths. I know it's a movie, but seriously...

I guess that after the initial horror of seeing a dead body, given the situation they were faced with, they were probably not paying much attention and the body just became another part of the background.

I was under the impression he gave himself a sedative or something, which would result in minimal movement on his part. BUT! I honestly do not think Zepp knew that it was the guy in the middle who was doing this to him.....
