YAST: Recommend me some good inexpensive bookshelf speakers

My dad needs a new set of bookshelf speakers, and like all dad's, doesn't want to spend a lot of money. Somewhere in the $200 range. I'm looking at models from Klipsch, Paradigm, and B&W. Although I doubt I'll be able to find B&W speakers that cheap. Anyway, anybody know of any other brands/models I should consider?

Yes, and it depends on how you define decent. I can handle a saw without a problem, but if you're suggesting I build the cabinets, that's a little beyond what I'd want to do.
