If the wind or something blew a guy over a short wall, then maybe I can see someone suing the building owner for negligence. But when an idiot makes a conscious effort to jump over a fence and onto another building, how is it the building owners fault? The idiot's family is saying that the building owner did nothing to prevent this from happening, but when it's a human being making a conscious effort to avert safety measures and put himself at risk, it's HIS damn fault. How can you blame someone else for it?

How about your kids taking responsibility for thier own moronic actions! If kids start dashing across busy streets for thrills I think Orlando should shutdown all public roadways or reduce the speed limit to 10mph to accomodate the glue sniffing idiots they call citizens.
