OK I don't understand how it is Tuesday morning and my package hasn't been scanned since Saturday morning...

Scanned at FedEx sort facility/PHOENIX AZ 04/04/2003 08:09
Arrived at FedEx sort facility/PHOENIX AZ 04/04/2003 06:26
Departed FedEx sort facility/SAN DIEGO CA 04/03/2003 23:12
Loaded onto trailer at FedEx facility/SAN DIEGO CA 04/03/2003 22:15
Package information transmitted to FedEx 04/03/2003 20:57
Customer-Loaded Trailer Picked Up/SAN DIEGO CA 04/03/2003 00:00

It's bad enough it took a whole day for it to leave the Phoenix facility, but why hasn't it been scanned in again since Saturday!??! WHERE IS MY CASE!!!

EDIT: well for a minute there I thought the table was going to show up, but all it ended up being was code... the new forums have a few bugs still eh?

You live in friggin' Kentucky. They don't work Sundays IIRC. It'll get scanned later today and you'll get your friggin case. Stop whining.

What does living in KY have to do with it? Can you explain why it didn't get scanned yesterday?

Its probably still on the truck enroute. It will get scanned at its next destination. It happened to me, 4 days between scans. Then it got to me a day later.

well about noon today it showed up as Arrived at FedEx sort facility/COLUMBUS OH 04/06/2003 19:54

then Scanned at FedEx sort facility/COLUMBUS OH 04/08/2003 07:25

how do they know it arrived if they didn't scan it? shouldn't arrival/scanning be the same operation? why did it take them a full business day+ to scan it after it arrived??? crap at least UPS tracking makes sense...

You are probably right about fedex not recognizing nicholasville as a city, it's more of a suburb of Lexington. Wonder why it didn't go to the huge hub in Indianapolis? that's usually where my crap ends up, then lexington, then at my doorstep. guess there is no way to figure out if it is going to be at the Lexington place for me to pick up this evening either.
