I didn't conclude anything. I said "DEPENDS" and "IF". I hope you don't miss those kinds of details when you're representing a paying client.
Was this really necessary?

cop punched her?
Definition of SUCKER PUNCH
: to punch (a person) suddenly without warning and often without apparent provocation
Was this really necessary?

Provocation is apparent, though it looks like they mistook her for the person who threw the water.
Until we know what the officer said when he was walking towards her, we don't know whether there was warning or not. We also don't know what she may have been saying to the officer.
So in your world it is ok for a cop to turn around and punch the closest person without cause? Because that is what happened here. He assumed she was the one that threw whatever it was on him. Decided to physically injure her. You cannot even claim said injury was caused by resisting arrest.
Yeah, it's a sucker punch, police officer or not.
So in your world, it's okay to decide that without hearing the full story? Because that's what's happening HERE. You're doing what you're accusing the cop of doing.
I am not accusing him of anything other than punch the woman. And in no circumstance is that ever ok. Even if a person is resisting arrest, the force used to subdue that person has to be measured and not excessive.
How can you claim that he intended to hit her in the face? If you look at her legs at the time he made contact, her legs were bent, which would bring her face down to the level of her shoulder, which MAY have been what he was reaching for.
You don't have enough info to make that claim, based on the video alone.

You win today's troll of the day award. Congratulations!
they were bent before the cop started swinging... You don't reach for a shoulder with a hook...And you don't usually hear impact when you grab someone's shoulder.
What was he supposed to reach for, to detain her?
You can't hear what's being said, but you think you can hear an impact? Not likely.
You should listen to it then...
Then tell me what she said, please.
You noticed they moved closer to the camera as the time rolled by right? I don't know what she said. I don't care what she said. She could have called the cop a n***** for all I care. There is no justification for swinging his arm.
Then how was he supposed to stop her from running away? Should he have just pulled out his taser or his gun?

If the woman was SandEagle, I would 100% approve.
was she running away? I saw her walking.
Please tell me you are trolling.
