Do I have the wrong perspective, or do the Israelis show a lot of self restraint in not going into all out war mode? If this was happening in the US would we be satisfied arresting or killing a few suspected terrorists or would we be dropping large explosive devices on military sites, terrorist training facilities and other infrastructure in every rogue country on earth? I really don't know. There is a lot of information we private citizens don't have.

You are correct. I honestly believe if the US stepped back a step and let Israel do what it wants, there would be no palestinians.

HERE IT IS! I was waiting to see when the first moronic pro-murder response would be posted. If the Israelis dont like it, maybe they should just hit back with all their strength. the Palestinians have no one else to blame but themselves if innocents get killed. I understand WHY the US is doing what is. As you said, they're looking out for their own good, as they should. That doesnt make it consistant though. They are preaching one thing, and saying exactly the opposite to Israel. They talk about going after terrorism, but then dont allow Israel to do exactly that. Like I said, I understand the reasons why they say that, but it doesnt make it consistant.
