I bought a bunch of rice flour(like 5lbs) early last year thinking it was glutinous/mochiko, but turned out it wasn't. I've made cookies and bread with various ratios of wheat-rice flour ratios, but its never quite as good as pure wheat.

Does anyone know of any good tasting, easy recipes using plain rice flour? I've done some scouring of Google, but many require exotic ingredients like jaggery (can i use those chinese cane sugar sticks(bars)?), and/or requires steaming (i dont have the equiptment to do good steaming)?
