Well, instead of hating yardwork, like I usually do, I rented a mini-front end loader & leveled my boulevard today, I'm beat😀

Heh...I miss mowing our 3 acres...NOT! I do miss having a yard which isn't measured in fractions of an acre, though...just not mowing it.
 
I'm going to plant Asian Jasmine for a groundcover instead of grass, no more mowing the blvd for me😀

Am also going to try some buffalo grass in the yard, see if it's as nasty as everyone says. Prob end up reseeding with Bermuda...

My grandfather has a self-propelled tiller...I always got a thrill out of helping him prepare his garden...something about power tools...

My grandfather has a self-propelled tiller...I always got a thrill out of helping him prepare his garden...something about power tools...

Yep, I was going to do it by hand, got about 20 feet into it & decided to go rent the mini loader, didn't turn as good as a Bobcat, though. It has a trencher attachment & a post hole digger attachment, I want to put in an underground sprinkler system now & rent it again. You steer it with your thumbs

Rock on! I got a brad nailer (takes up to 2" brads/nails) and a small Campbell and Hausfield compressor (the "blue turtle one' they sell at HD) about two years ago.

Best $200 I ever spent. That thing has built multiple subwoofer boxes for cars, repaired my couch and dining room table, shot Grackles...er,, scratch that comment and my GFs Dad has built some stuff w/it too.

Build on, my friend!!!! :beer:
