There are 5 of us that live in a rather large apartment, 2 couples and one girl. The other couple always has friends over that camp out in our living room all weekend long. Nobody cleans up anytihng and their friends use our bathroom that I share with my fiancee and the one girl.
They have the master bedroom with a private deck and a huge bathroom. I woke up at 6 am to let my cat out and their friends were humping on my fiancee's couch.
They leave there sh!t everywhere and never clean up after themselves. The one girl is a neat freak and is always picking up after themselves. We are in a lease with them so we can't kick them out. The rent was figured out like 2 years ago but i was looking at sq. ft. and they have like %20 more then us or the one girl.
I am so farking irritated and bitter. I am going to reconfigure the rent and give them until 2004 to pay or trade rooms (not my motivation but just another solution if they say they can't afford the raise)
Any suggestions would be nice.
