I would't have gone all in with those 2 queens showing. I could understand it if you had a queen, but not pocket aces.

EDIT: oh you went all in on the turn. you got RIVERED!!!! 😛

bad luck but not as bad as some beats i've suffered (top full house to someone that made 4 of a kind on the river) i would have made $200 in that one hand and instead i lost like 50

at first i thought that was real dollars instead of chips 🙂

so be glad its not

the flop came K 5 9

That's why you never slow play pocket aces.

hmm I did bet pretty huge at first coz I had two pairs. He must think I had pair of kings, so he went all in. So he thought "he had me"

I gladly called lol

your mistake was u only raised to 60, which is not enough to tell if other people had something or not

raise to 100 and see..

I'm sorry?

in the first situation i had his ass. he has 2 cards in the deck that could save his ass, so something like 23:1 twice to save him

in the 2nd situation i STILL had his ass, and then he made a bad call and THEN pulled 2 miracle cards out of his ass

Q J is a marginal hand to call.. even if he calls, after the flop came out, you should bet big again, then he knows that he is facing pocket pairs

well after all its poker, luck is always involved

that's not the point lol i didn't want him to FOLD but i DID want to win lol; it shouldn't have mattered if he knew or not what he was up against; and like 80 times out of 100 i probably will win, but i'm still pissed that i didn't win those 2 times lol

yes, in teh short run there is much luck involved in poker

ok here is another situation in party poker where luck came into my favor

this is the very first hand in the 10 dollar tournie, just like the one u played in

I got dealt K K, so I bet big (100). another person raised me, then I called.

flop were all small cards, so I was still quite good. Then he went all in, I had to call since half my chips are on the pot. Guess what? yep he had A A.

but the river came a K.. lol I won.. he must be pissed

i got rivered =(
