It's essentially from the pool of seven cards choosing five cards to get a 4 of kind.
So you can break down the situation by solving how to get a four of a kind from five cards.
Which is 52/52 * 3/51 * 2/50 * 1/49 * 48/48 = 0.00004809207. But you are choosing the five cards from the pool of seven cards.
So you multiply this probability to the probability of seven choose five.
So multiply 0.00004809207 * 7!/5!2! = .0010084034.
