YAPT: Refunding a PayPal payment..

When you do this, is the fee revoked and the full ammount refunded to the person that paid you?

Yeah... ordered a couple of ramsinks that was OOS... so i just got it refunded ... went straight back to my credit card.

you have to make sure you go to that transactions details. there is a link at the bottom that says "refund." they get the full amount back and paypal doesn't charge you any fees.

however if you wait longer than 30 days, the refund option is no longer available.

Yea..

Someone won an auction and paid with PayPal even though I didn't want to accept paypal anymore. Plus, the item became backordered the day before the auction ended.. soo they may or may not want their money back.
