My mother-in-law (from Georgia) says Pee-cans. She and I always debate about the correct pronunciation.
 
Pee-KHAAAAAAAAANs. A filbert isn't a pecan, it's a type of hazelnut, so anyone who calls a pecan a filbert is automatically retarded.
