I've tried Pepto Bismal.. doesn't work for me. Then I tried Phillips laxative.. didn't quite give me the relief I wanted.

So.. I got 'Colon Cleanser' fiber tablets from vitamin world and have been taking them before every meal for a few weeks.. hasn't helped much

I've even tried Metamucil. I've also been drinking a ton of water.

So what else do I try? I've been thinking about mineral oil. If it doesn't clear up in the next few days, I'm gonna see a doctor.

All I want is one of those really fat satisfying craps that just slide out smoothly with minimal effort.. Oh ya.. I'm being serious too.

BTW, coffee hasn't even helped..

EDIT: Ya, it's been a few weeks. But, I have shat - they just haven't been satisfying.. you know.. the kind where you know there's no more left. Man I want one of those. Everything lately seems to be cut short and things are more frequent.

Just eat a bunch of greazy food. For example, eat like 20 Hooters fried chicken wings. Within 30 minutes you'll be running to the bathroom like a babe to a ninja.

Have you considered changing your diet instead of using supplements? Like eat oatmeal for breakfast (or another high-fiber cereal), eat plenty of fruits and veggies with lunch and dinner and for snacks? Go easy on bananas, cheese, and other foods that tend to stop you up.

Also important is getting plenty of exercise; walking and running assist digestion.

Apricots, prunes, pears, plums or peaches. Bran based cereals also will help.
