SO you may have gotten wind of the rekindled fire under the "Pardon Snowden" bon fire (even though, how can you pardon someonne who is not charged with ... anyway), in a flip flop moment of *SO MANY* flip flop moments Trump has asserted this, pr the NY Times, at a presser at his GOLF club no less that :
"President Trump said on Saturday that he would consider pardoning Edward J. Snowden, the former National Security Agency contractor who faced criminal charges after leaking classified documents about vast government surveillance. "
