I've had two motorola V551s over the past four years or so (don't ask) so I'm pretty used to the way they're set up, however I'm willing to learn if the competition is that much better. So, the time has finally come for me to get a free upgrade (through Cingular/ATT), and I have absolutely no idea where to begin to look. I know I want a flip phone or clamshell, and I have no real use for a pda, smartphone, or an integrated music player. It's important that my new phone is durable, I tend to inadvertantly drop and smash my phones a bit, and I want it to last at least two years.

Cliffs:
prefer motorola but it's not completely necessary
want a flip phone or clamshell
