[Yet Another NewEgg Thread]
Just thought that I'd point out that I received a clearly "used" oem LiteOn DVD drive. The drive arrived with some scratch marks on the casing (like it had been previously installed in a case), and it had been repacked (i.e. the strip of tape used to close the bubble wrap around the drive had finger prints and paper all stuck to it). Also, the drive tray is a little loose, but the drive seems to work fine. This was my first order from them since about 2 months ago. Since then, I've heard quite a few horror stories about the company and their cust. service or lack thereof. Is NewEgg under new/crappy management???
I haven't been really keeping up w/ the PC scene since school has started so... what's the deal?
