Again why aren't people complaining when other teams score 50+? It's not like its the first time its been done.

Sure running up the score isn't being a super nice guy but football isn't about cradling fragile ego's. He let Brady do his thing, started pulling starters and went for it on fourth rather than take guaranteed points.

Players need stats too since thats basically what gets them paid. They could have stopped at 40 sure but redskins didn't seem to want to slow down either. As long as the other team continues to play to score why should they stop? Gibbs could have come out run it 3 times and then punt but didnt see him doing that.

I mean at like 38-0 Gibbs could have also come out and just said "look you win can we go home now?"

Exactly correct. I'm sick of everyone crying about the Patriots play against the Redskins. The Redskins are a professional football team, just like any other team, that had a 4-2 record.
If you can run up the score, go ahead. What did the Redskins want? The Patriots to start kneeling the ball at the start of the 3rd quarter? I guess that's the "respect" the Redskins are looking for. Give me break. If you don't want to get completey EMBARRASSED on the field, PLAY BETTER. This is a salary cap league, step your game up or step off the field.

i think its funny that everyone is bitching about them running up the score, after the game Gibbs said he had ABSOUTLY NO ISSUES with what the pats did

I seriously didn't give a damn about the Patriots until their fans(on this board) got all butt hurt. Now I am starting to think the team has a chip on it's shoulder as well.

I'm a die hard redskins fan and I will say this ...

I am GLAD that they ran the score up. The offense is in there to score points, not take a freaking knee and let the clock run out.

What the hell, this isn't little league football here. This is the NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE!
