Most people have NO idea who they actually are until then.

I am 29 and still have no idea what I am or what I will be in the future.

I know I am a husband and a father. THAT IS MY NUMBER ONE JOB, and as long as I do that job to the best of my ability I will be happy.

Age is a relitive thing. I was a husband at 22 and a father at 25. It has been rough at times but I was lucky a married a great lady and I am happy.

I know people who got married older (25-27) and got divorced and then there are folks like me who married young (relitively) and are still married.

It goes both ways. People who know what they want and are willing to also respect what the partner wants can marry young.

It takes strenth to get through the hard times but the hard times make us even stronger. I have been in some pretty craqppy spots when we did not know how we would pay the rent. I can remember trying to figure out how I would get money to buy diapers. but in the end I would not trade my life experences for anything. Marriage is what you make it and has alot to do with not looking back but looking forward. If you and your partner can do that you have a good shot to last regardless of age.

Well Said! Am graduating this May and I always had this feeling and readiness for a marriage--to spend the rest of my life with someone special. Money, we all need it....Career, we will have the rest of our life to work from 9-5. I believe the best time is while your young.
