I'm not a lawyer or judge, but I'd say if you're stomping on someone's head when they're on the ground, that's attempted murder.

I have to agree with what I think you are trying to say, at least as it applies to assaults. All assaults are severe crimes and deserve a severe punishment weather they are racially motivated or not. All violent criminals need to be removed from society.

I think him cheering, egging them on implicates him. Sad state of affairs when the only person who stepped in to help was an old white lady. Thankfully in KY lethal force is justifiable in defense of a third party. Those two needed to be shot. Stomping somebody's head is trying to kill them, her life was in immediate danger.

You can hear the camerman ask her "Where's your phone then I'll get it for you" or something like that and several times tells the girls to get out of there because the cops are coming. Is that construed as helping? I understand that no one is obligated to detain them nor did they participate in the vicious beating. But they certainly did aide the assailants in escaping before the cops could arrive.

unfortunately he probably won't be charged,but there's a big law suit there.And if she had a gun she was justified to use deadly force,rabid dogs need to be put down.And i didn't watch or listen to the whole thing,shit like this makes me sick
