i dont know why digital coax cables should cost 20$ i tried using a regular rca cable and it works. fine. it works on basis of pcm so any low loss cable should be good.

Actually, you won't need to buy the cables. It is supplied for you also. My bad. It sounds pretty good now that it has broken in. I played Blood Omen 2 on the XBox and you won't believe how good it sounds.
