Yamaha Cavit vs. TB santa cruz vs. Audigy 2ZS

I purchased a Yamaha Cavit DP U50 few months ago for a really good price. Bought it because I only had a 2.1 speakers at the time so it seemed like a great idea. Few days ago I got a 4.1 speakers and now, I have trouble connecting all my speakers (3.5 mm Front and Rear connections) to the Cavit unit, since Yamaha only has a Right and Left RCA female input. I'm a music-buff, and I love this Yamaha unit cause it produces great sound. Plus, I can connect this unit to my PS2, producing better sound.

Questions:

1. Can I still use this unit if I wanna have an excellent 4.1 MUSIC experience? I normally use my PC for MP3 listening only. So far, I've been using a Y adapter cable to connect the F and R outputs from my speakers to a single 3.5 plug, only to be converted again into the right and left RCAs connection for the CAvit). All my speakers are working but I'm not sure if I'm getting a true 4.1 audio experience.

2. What about switching to TB Santa Cruz or Audigy 2 ZS? TB SC is great for music I heard, while Creative cards are good for just about anything.

If I only use my card to listen to music, is it worth getting a new card like TB or Creative? Or should I stick with my Cavit (and supposedly un-real 4.1 sound)?

Thanks a bunch guys

Sadly, the Creative Audigy 2 ZS beats the Santa Cruz in all areas. It produces a cleaner sound, has 24bit/96khz playback and supports 7.1 THX surround sound. If I were you I'd head over to CompUSSR and pick the Audigy 2 ZS for only $70 after a $20 MIR. I have one and it's the best!!
