Have a set of em hooked up to this box I'm using now. Yamaha indeed pays the rebate also. Takes about 6 weeks.

For a better deal, pricematch at Staples, use a
coupon and after the rebate you'll get them for
about $15. I bought these for $39 after CA tax,
so after the rebate they'll be $19. I pricematched
Onvia's price of $56 and used a $20 coupon. To use
a coupon, you'll need to add something for $4 to make
it over $50.

Well folks, I just recieved a e-mail from Amazon saying that this item is not available from any of its supplier at this time, so my order is cancelled. But speakers are still there with the new higher price of 55.94. I wonder if I order these speakers, at the higher price, if they will be unavailable from there supplier? I bet not. I wish I had my MCI gift certificate for 150 at Amazon, but it is "in the mail".

Also, I tried to find these speakers at Staples, but no go, they have USB version, but not standard version. Bummer. So is there any coupons that work at Onvia, who has these speakers for 49.95?

two days ago, great speakers. Pricematch Onvia or
Buy.com and you should be able to get them for
around $20 after rebate.

I got that email this morning, called them up bright and early to ask what the deal was. Spoke to a nice young lady (didn't catch the name, but damn what a voice) who informed me there was a set in another warehouse and she'd reinstate my order if I were willing to wait 2-3 extra days.

I said sure.

Then had her put in yesterday's price on the reorder.
Then pointed out it said free shipping.

Got that all straight and forgot to get her name. Oh well, at least I'll have the speakers eventually.
