I've figured it out. Finally.

While we've been made to believe that all these ad's are to sway people to buy into Apple's OS and hardware, we've been strayed far from the truth.

The fact of the matter is that whoever made that stupid jingle played during the commercial needs more money. I've noticed its been used since commercial #1 in 2006.

Windows should clearly attack the jingle they use rather than the OS.

You made the mistake of thinking that mac ads were an attempt to sway people and this is not true.

Mac ads are for the mac users that feel smugly superior because they hate all other computers. These ads help strengthen that feeling and get them to keep overpaying for crap that they don't really need in order to maintain their complex.

Mac ads are there to maintain the idea that buying a certain company's products puts you in to some elite group that gets to make fun of the other group... because face it, everyone wants to be part of the in crowd so they don't get made fun of!
