Since it seems kobe did sexually assault her (why did he admit to adultery when he realized it was his only way out?), why doesn't he just pull a michael jackson and have an out of court settlement?

Yeah but you're a wannabe attention whore who lies through his teeth every day. I wouldn't think $2M would shut you up cause I'd expect you to come back a week later and say "Oh BTW I want more money or I keep the court case going and smear you all throughout the papers"

His lawyers and her lawyers would go out of court and sign a nondisclosure agreement and the sum won't be disclosed to the public. She can't come back for more or keep the case going because she signed the agreement.

And wasn't that michael jackson case where he supposedly assaulted a minor a criminal case?

it was investigated by the state/law enforcement, but criminal charges were never filed (IIRC) , so that is when the kids parents went the civil route to get the cash (i think)

I just don't get it! He admitted adultery, had sex with that 19 y.o. girl. But when i saw KB's wife on TV, i thought, "damn, that's a wife you can have sex 24/7."
