Man, most bands these days really suck, a few catchy radio beats and they're done. The few who don't peter out after a few good CDs. Even Metallica only had four good ones in them, and they're a huge name & source of influence in the world of metal... and then there's Iron Maiden. As I listen more & more to The X Factor, Virtual XI and Dance of Death it becomes more & more apparent that, as great as they were, they've actually gotten better as time has woven its path. Is there a greater band on earth? I think not.
