YAHTAT: Any recommendations on a Progressive Scan Upconverting DVD player with Surround Sound?

Ok slowly knocking out the pieces to my home theater and after using my Onkyo remote to turn the volume up on the receiver last night I noticed it conflicted with the crappy $30 dvd player I was using



Any advice/recommendations on a good DVD player
