Need some new headphones for my MuVo TX (mp3 player)...

I did a search and there are mostly expensive headphones recommended except these and these.

I tried some other headphones from my friends, and they are not loud enough for my taste, compared to the creative ones that come with the muvo (which broke). I dont know if that is because of the mp3 player or the headphones.

EDIT: I'm torn between Sony MDR-EX51LP Fontopia's the MDRXD200's , and the Sennheiser HD 202's

For music I wouldn't use plantronics, they didn't have that great a sound reproduction (wasn't Audio 90's though). I had also purchased an expensive pair of seinheiser headphones ($160) that didn't produce the deep base and clear highs of these:

Sony

You will not be disapointed with the Sony, they encompass the ears (doesn't sit on them, but around) and good surround sound performance for gaming/movies. Unless you want smaller headphones, go with those. For $30 it can't be beat IMO.

For the record, I'm using them now...and haven't got but one complaint, they hurt the top of my head when I use them for extended periods of time (more than a few hrs).

PS. And they are plenty LOUD!

How long is the cord for those? I will be using it on a daily basis, commuting and what not...so they cant be like 10 feet long!

My sister got the Sony not too long ago - They sound decent. There is a peak somewhere in the upper midrange that can make them hard to listen to at high volumes - Trans-Siberian Orchestra's well-recorded electric guitars sounded like they were whistling. It's not too bad but they can sound harsh when pushed. The bass they produce is interesting for earphones.
