Yahoo's free pop3 mail forwarding ends tomorrow: Alternatives?

Now that Yahoo is charging pop3 mail forwarding, what are you using now? What other alternatives are out there?
 
how about hotmail?

my account only recieves 1 spam message per day but it's from the same guy and i don't know how to stop it......
i'll make a new thread once i get another message from him and i'll post all his details.

the problem is that his 'from' address changes every day, it's like Brad somebody(big number like 123542342345342)_(another big number)@(i forget the domain).com

spamcop looks at the headers of the mail and assuming theyre not faked, you can track the servers the emails come through. try it out.
