Yahoo mail question

When I try to forward mail with Yahoo, when I click "TO", the address book opens and then disappears. I see that the tab opens on the bottom of the screen and when I click it, the address page opens up. Anyone know why this happens? Thanks and happy holidays.
 
Hmmmmm, well I have seen popup blockers do things like this. You may have more then one popup blocker that you may not even be aware of. Try disabling all popup blockers and see if you still have the problem.
 
This is actually on my Dads machine so I will give it a try next time I go over there. I'll reply on what I find. Thanks
 
I tried disabling popup blocker and spam guard and it still does the same thing. I emailed yahoo help to see what their answer is. I'll post when I get a response from them.
 
For those interested, Yahoo's response was about 13 steps to minimize security settings and such. I tried their recommedations and it still doesn't work. I did find out if you click on the "insert address" instead of the "To", the address book opens up. Seems to be a program problem since I know of at least 4 different computers that all do the same thing.
 
Either way works ok here for me using Firefox 2.0.0.1 with Yahoo Mail .. I also have Google Toolbar
and PopUp Stopper Pro installed, as well as Yahoo Auto Address Complete
