yahoo mail bulk folder

Yahoo is my throwaway address so it gets alot of spam, but sometimes desirable emails get filtered into the bulk folder. When I check it, there are tons of junk emails with with dates from 2038 that are the first ones that show up, making searching for the desired email alot more difficult. Is there a workaround to eliminate these emails with BS dates?
